For those that a really interested in staying current with threads in this forum and have downloaded
MSN 6, I have created a mod that can be added to view the most current posts.
You'll need to modify a file on your computer to do this, and the instructions may not be that clear to non-savy computer users ... so, here it goes:
1. You will need to find the file: ConfigCache.Xml on your computer. It will be in the following directory: %system_root%/Documents and Settings/%username%/Application Data/Microsoft/MSN Messenger/%PassportID%/
Note: the %word% means that it will be different for each user ... for example, one path might look like this: C:/Documents and Settings/John-Doe/Application Data/Microsoft/MSN Messenger/654913575/
... Also, to find some of these folders, you will have to turn on 'view hidden files' by going into 'tools' in Windows Explorer -> Folder Options -> select the 'view' tab -> select the 'show hidden files & folders'
2. Once you have found the file, add the following lines after <msntabdata>:
