doesn't actually help too much because google has a lot of anti-fraud stuff, so if one person clicks too many times, all the clicks become null ... but thanks anyway
with the increase in traffic, we're doing ok, anyway. However, I think we may have to get a dedicated server just for the forums ... we'll see. I think the speed is good right now.

Grandeur,
I highly recommend that actually. I seperate mine years ago, but when I got a VB forum, I put it on load balanced dual dedicated servers (prevents crashing... If one is overloaded momentarily, it rolls over to the next).
The traffic at my forum almost exactly the same as over here (although I have a lot less registered members for some reason), and I have had very few problems since making the move to the dedicated servers. I used to crash the servers several times a week.

JP,
your forum has top notch people that visit daily. here we get lots of 'one time' posters, or people looking for a quick fix, and after 10-15 posts and finding out there's no miracle pill, they vanish. so i see how traffic is the same even though you have fewer registered users....but they're vocal, dedicated users
That's how it looks to me, being a member on both sites, and 'looking in' for a while.
btw its freaking awesome that Cosgrove and Berardi are members on your site!

They are great contributors for sure, but don't forget Chad Waterbury (who has a new book coming out this Feb), Lou Schuler (too many books to list), Craig Ballantyne (Turbulence Training), Mike Robertson (Magnificent Mobility and Inside Out Fitness), Bill Hartman (pure f***in' genious!), Charles Staley (Muscle Logic--Escalating Density Training), Cassandra Forsythe (nutritionist, researcher, fitness competitor), Adam Campbell (editor, Mens Health), Dos Remedios (NSCA strength coach of the year), Brian Grasso (youth fitness expert, and also a member over here I think), Eric Cressey (Magnificent Mobility and Off Season Training, Mike Mejia (too many to list), John Sullivan (nationally ranked strongman competitor), Kelly Baggett (all around bad ass and author), John Izzo (member here too, but not appreciated for his actual expanse of knowledge), and even the notorious Chris Shugart and TC (T-nation). I like to make sure that everyone get's credit you know.

I'm on! Sorry guys, I spend most of the time in the Weight Loss Forum - that and Sean keeps me too busy with stuff for the website! I am very thankful for the mods though! They do deserve much recognition!
