I am very, very impressed with this Forum, to the point that it is now my "Default Site" on booting into Firefox...

The Admin Staff are very, very quick to eliminate all Post Spam, and this is one major 'pet peeve' of mine. I don't care about where I can get a cheap massage, or a free iPod, or anything like that. I watched as a couple of 'New Members' posted 10-20 posts about the same thing across multiple Forums, and it almost made me sick.

The professionalism and maturity of the Members is also to be commended! I have been on many other Forums, where people slag others, comment negatively, post wave upon wave of pics like "Hello, and welcome to Last Week" and "stfu n00b", and I love that I have NEVER seen that here!

I recommend that the Admin Staff, Members and everyone give themselves a giant pat on the back. Keep up the good work, and thanks very, very much for all of the information!

It's nice that our work gets appreciated ... now, click on a banner or two to help pay for server costs ...

i love it too. but with the new set-up now - what's with the "toning" in the women's section and "bodybuilding" and "weight training" in the men's section? i guess us girls don't do that?

lol and the "weight loss" forum is in the women's section! i really think it was better in the previous format. the stuff in the men's section applies to women, and vice versa! sorry!

sorry, i asked for feedback and it was all positive. I know that everything is a bit 'stereotyped', but i've had a lot of complaints from guys and girls. Women like to have their own section where they don't get bothered by guys and can get advice directly from other women. But, this doesn't stop guys from posting in the girls section and vis-versa ... it's just more of a guideline ... and just like rules, they're made to be broken

ok fair enough, if it's what people want. i just think it's a bit silly. i've never seen a fitness forum split between the sexes before and never seen a need for it. now we have guys posting in the womens weight loss section then deleting it saying "ooops i'm not a woman". why don't the guys have a weight loss section? i just think it's unnecessary because these things apply to both men and women, but hey, that's just what i think

I'm starting to get used to where everything is though.

So who runs this place, usually mods and admins actually log on once and a while.. No mod/admin has logged on in this month, except 1 (grandeur_69)...

abear is the only mod that I have seen on regularly. Grandeur is on from time to time also.

Oh yeah, I always forget abear is a mod....

And ill have to say I do alot of reading on here and alot of the information has helped me progress with my body and mind and nutrition.
