FAT Burning thread? Rower person? anyone?

I can not find the thread where I had asked the Rower, certified nutrition person that question abotu eating flax and oil and then running for 3+ hours.

If I left you haning on your answer, or any detail question you had, please for give me.

My question is:
If I am headed out to run 3+ hours first thing in the morning and I eat a full cup of flax seed, and 10 fish oil caps, and only use water during the workout- what will my body burn?

I do not want to burn up muscle, I would like to sheer this surface fat, and when I eat all that fat, it seems to give a smooth performance.
