This girl is from Georgia and was recently on CNN about her transformation over a 2-3 year period.
Here is her story..I simply find it amazing what she did and I thought I would share the article with you guys.

One thing she hit on that is so incredibly true: the change has to start in your head....it's a decision you just have to make. When you change your mind, the body will follow.
I wish I had some "before" pictures....I'm 75%-80% through my journey as it is. Like many heavy people, I was very good at avoiding the camera and what did get through found the delete button pretty quickly.
