I have a
bowflex X2.
It saved my life, no BS.
I have tried several methods from free weights to a Total Gym.
The "magic" is motivation.
Until I got my
bowflex, I just could not get over the hump to do anthing consistantly.
The other methods work, but you have to do them!
I have used my X2 for three years now, and still going strong.
That's about 2 1/2 yrs longer than I have done anything before.
Bowflex works for me because I like working with the
bowflex.
My wife has been working on it since January, and does not miss workouts.
She has never done this sort of thing before, and she enjoys it too, now.
Bowflex is not for everyone (nothing is), but it is for me!
