| | I agree with removing whey protein from the list and you need to add red meat - quality red meat not the rubbish they serve up on a hotdog. |

| | | Great list Leigh.
Very good insight about the oatmeal. Sure, sometimes there may be something a bit more perfect (in reference to the steel cut vs rolled oats), but balancing in the reality factor is always smart. Lots of people overlook that when giving nutrition advice. |

Lean ground beef is the exact same nutritional quality as turkey, just more expensive. Probably because it tastes better. |

| | | Fat Loss for the general public First of all, I'm new to the boards-im erica btw. And I'm excited to read more on here.
Second, it does seem like diet really does vary depending on gender, personal goals, etc.
So I was wondering, is there a list of foods that help with fat loss for the average person? I'm guessing, the water which was on the list is an obvious one. any more? |

| | | Thanks! Great list, I'm actually glad I have already been picking the right foods. I never thought of sweet potatoes being ahead of the normal potatoes though. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
