Training 7 days a week

Hi ppl,Im 26 and just over 12 stone.
Im just curious if training 6 - 7 days a week is a good idea.
I goto the gym tuesday, thursday, friday, sunday where i do about an hour cardio, and about an hour and half weights.
I also do thai boxing monday, wednsday sometimes friday and train for an hour and half on those days.
I havent had any injurys so far and feel ok,but was wondering if i was doing to much and maybe suffer in the long run.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks

You should be fine. If you want to be a good boxer you have to do A LOT of conditioning.

All in all you are good to go. If it is too much your body will let you know (or your mind will through lack of motivation)

The only thing that might concern me is that you're spending 2 hours in the gym every session. Some people have bodies that can cope with that but IMO most people will start to drop intensity after about an hour which can make the last hour almost pointless and can lead to a loss of motivation through exhaustion in the long term
