| Earlier in the year, I tried the p90x program. I did not follow the nutrtion plan but I did do pretty good following the fitness program. The last month of it, I elminated both kenpo-x and yoga-x and replaced them with a 4-5 mile jog. I also threw in some sprints just to confuse my body a bit. I was doing the p90x routine 4 days a week and running 2-3 days a week.
I noticed more weight loss in the 3rd month than the first 2 months. I am not sure if it was a coincidence or not. I have read that some people lose more weight during the last month than the first two.
I think you need to do what works for you. I highly recommend the p90x program and I saw pretty good / borderline great results not following it to a tee.
With that said, I plan on doing another round of it in a few weeks...but this time, i am following both the fitness and nutrtion plan to a tee.
