I hope to help change some peoples lives. It's coming into winter and getting cold, a lot of people and clients slack off because it's too cold, it's just as important to exercise during winter as any other time of the year.

Another quick note. I read in Australia's leading selling paper today that the Government is actually helping people with weight loss surgery, tax cuts on health foods, discounted or free gym memberships and so on.
