| | | abs, 2 "sq" becoming one! Hi there!
New here so i hope i posted this one right.
I workout at the gym about 3-5days a week.
My sixpack was visible and all was great :P
But, i went a week to Paris and now that im home, two of the upper "squares" on the right side of the sixpack has like, "melted" and looks more like one than two squares. the left side is alright. So whats causing this and how can I get back to my usual sixpack?
note: my rightside is about 1" more up than the left
Thanks! |

| | | You shouldn't have lost any significant muscle or gained significant fat in a week to lose definition like that. Perhaps you've got a little water retention caused by the change in diet? If so then you'll probably return to normal in a week or two |

| | | Sounds like you either need to lower body fat, or what Typhon said. |

I eat as i normally do and workout as i normally do, still, the two right upper squares is more like 1 than 2, and the 2 on the left side looks pretty good. What shall i do? |

| | | Face it, dude. Your vacation in France permanently deformed your upper right rectus abdomini and your six pack is now a five pack.
Seriously, when you palpate your upper right RAs, can you feel the definition between them? Or do they feel as though they have merged together, like the union between a man and woman ... whoops. Wrong body part ... |

| Yeah. I went to France once and both of my legs fused into one. |

| | | I've actually been having a similar problem: I've been working out for awhile and for the most part I have a well defined 6-pack. However, it seems like I can never get any definition between the lower two muscles on my left side. Like Rafs, the right side is fine, and the definition of the upper muscles is fine. I've been concentrating a lot more on targeting lower abs over the past month or two and also doing exercises that work each side separately, but no matter what I can't get much definition there. I diet well and I'm only around 3.5% body fat, so having too much fat isn't the issue. Any suggestions? | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
