| | | good goal?? okay i have a goal and i figure this is the place to sound off and get advice. so what i'd like to do is... headstand pushups. does this make sense i'm no tsure what they are called. what is the best way to go about it if you don't have someone to spot you and howmany should my aim be??
stats 5' 4 or 5" 120 lbs female in good shape and fairly strong.
i've no prob with pushups and have surpassed my bench goals(ps thanks guys!) so on to a new challenge and i thought this would be fun to do!!
any thoughts? |

any thoughts? | Against the wall which was already said. What really are your goals? I was reading a while ago the handstands are a different contraction because your basically opposite then a miltary press. I'm not very up on it but there is a difference. If you want to use a BB do standing military presses. |

| | | Its all in the shoulders!!!
once you have mastered it, get two benches to put you hands on and head between, so you can get your shoulders down in line with your hands. youve never felt pain like shoulder pressing your own body weight with your head full of blood knowing that if you fail you'll never walk again.
... be careful |
