hello i'm 17 years old and i'm in a break right now for 2 months. i'm hoping to spend some times with getting into shape, so i'd like to hear some of you're advice of my workout plan.generaly i'm doing 2 day split to do in a day.
split 1 - work on chest,shoulder,leg,bicep
split 2 - work on back,abs,tricep, leg
( i will be doing 3 or 4 different workouts on each part of the muscle *3 sets of 12)
after waking up in the morning, treadmill for an hour, will be mostly for cardio.
after breakfast, do the split #1 and treadmill for an half hour
after dinner, do the split #2 and treadmil for an an half hour
Q) Should i drink protein shake after and before the workout or just after?
Q) Is it bad idea to take a cold shower after treadmil? i heard it is not efficive with fat loss.
Q) i heard it is possible to get a six pack in a month, is it actually possible?
Q) Do you think my plan is too harsh?
