Highest protein-content meats?

Hi wanted to start a hypertrophy program soon and wondering what meats have the highest protein content in them?

I think chicken and fish have the highest protein to calorie ratio out of that group.

I was just doing a search on this earlier today. I found that tilapia (fish) has 60 grams of protein!! And it's soooo yummy.

Raw eggs are another great option. Try to stick to the boiled/poached variety though rather than the scrambled and fried options.

Theres been plenty of research studies saying that the maximum ammount of protein you can absorb per serving is 30g but theres probably plenty of studies out saying otherwise.

Anyway as for question lean meat YUM<

i think i had an allergic reaction to tilapia where I ate about 4 pounds of it in 2 days and broke out in hives and stuff all over ym body.
