How can I even up my bicep size.

My left and right biceps are very uneven. The left is clearly smaller and weaker than the right. When im using dumbbells or a curl bar. I always feel like I could lift more with my right arm but my left is so much weaker it gives up way before the right.

I was wondering if sombody could give me a left and right bicep routine to allow my left to catch up to my right in size and strength.

If you biceps are naturaly uneven, then working your biceps evenly over time with sort them out.

If they are growing unevenly because of working out them its your technique. You may be unbalenced, be leaning to one side or have your hand in the wrong place. using a bar or bicep machine can cause your stronger arm to take the weight, thus your work it harder.

If you have one weaker arm, improve your technique (ask gym staff, or members, or start a topic for specific questions)
If your technique is good then you'll have the same amount of resistance on both biceps. This means your weaker bicep will be worked harder.

A good way to make sure your stronger arm isn't taking the weight is to use dumbbells.

Bad muscle symmetry is rarely due to weightlifting and most problems with sort them selfs out in time.

Ok, I will give it a few months and keep doing what ive been doing to see if they even out. I have always had this problem as long as I can remember, even before I ever started lifting. So I dont think it because of technique.

    Thanks

well it depends on how much you workout and just how fast you think you'll grow in a few months. But to even out properly your prob looking at a couple of years, maybe more if there is a big diffrence.
    getting massages will help

Spose I might help if I stopped wanking, or wanked with the left hand a bit.

You carry on for the same reason someone might give up smoking or stick to a healthy diet. Because in the long term... it makes sence.

    How old are you?
I'm 21, and I dont wanna have uneven biceps for the rest of mylife, so I work on it.

If you give up training, you'll just be getting further and further away.

Are you right-handed and your left arm is weaker and smaller?.....or vice versa? The problem is that we all tend to use one side of our bodies more frequently and comfortably than the other, making us left or right handed. You've spent most of your life performing endless daily tasks with one arm at a much higher frequency than the other arm.........hence more developed and stronger muscles on that side. You may never be exactly equal. After years of building muscle in the gym and forcing yourself to use your "uncomfortable" side, you will strengthen and develop those muscles.......at least close enough so that you can't tell visually that you're uneven. I've been working out for 10 yrs and I think my left bicep is still 1/4" smaller than my right.

I fixed my eneven biceps and triceps in a few months. Its easy. Just use dumbells for your curls and go by how much your weaker arm can do.

I have noticed that my biceps aren't even too. But they are just different shaped. It's weird. I can curl the same weight with both arms, but my left bicep is not as long but is taller. My right bicep is longer but not as tall. Will this even out with time? the weights are even so I don't know what to do. Thanks.

I dont believe that they will even out if you workout regularly.
