Hi, my first post in this site, nice meeting everyone.
Okay my problem is i can't lose the fat tissue off my stomat. I mean i'm not fat or anything, 5'6 or 5'7 at 133lb, every where on my body is pretty lean but except my stomach. I can see a little outline of my abs but still alot of fat if you feel it. It would be really good if you give me some advices.
I don't snack through out the day, i play basketball and work, and run all day, drink lots of water, i mean what else can i do to lose those.
It must be something to do with the times that you eat and what you eat.
Lets just say you were active all day, then had a huge dinner and went to bed. That energy from your dinner is not being used, so it turns to fat.
If thats the case you could try eatting a bigger breakfast and a bigger lunch while your active then when you have finished all your activities for the day, stick to only eatting protien, fruit and veg.
Yeah i do eat quite alot at lunch and dinner time, and after supper i just watch tv but i'm very active throughout the day. The fat around my stomach is really hard to get rid of, like i can see a bit of the abs on the upper body bt on the bottom it just dies.
