Mens Health

Got the latest issue of Mens Health last night..

They've done the whole 'look at this transformation in just six weeks' type of article..
I don't tend to read these much as i dont know how much the pics have been touched up and how much of it actually works..
but i have to say these pics were pretty believable and the transformations were actually really impressive in most cases...

6 weeks? some of these guys had almost identical physiques to me!

i've just started my first ever bulk and thats been goin for almost 6 weeks now, but i can barely see any transformation in this time..

my stats say otherwise.. i am getting heavier, and my lean mass is stronger than its been since i've been recording my stats (about 6 months)...

so all that is great... but it does make me think if i should be trying something new to get the results these guys did? 6 weeks? i'd been planning on bulking up for 4-5months and then going on a cut... i'd be gutted if i got to the end of those months with nothing to show!! all that time, money and effort for nothing?!! when these guys have got such great results in just 6 weeks?!

god i dno... usual newb thoughts i spose.. what do y'all reckon??

i think you should carry on as you are .you`re already noticing some gains and 6 weeks is not a great amount of time to see significant change.

stick with your plan and in another 4-5 months reavaluate. if you cut now you`ll have just wasted the last few weeks and gained nothing

keep up with your journal it`ll help with motivation

good luck
