ok ive been working on getting in shape and working on getting my abs showing for a few weeks now... the only thing im doing poorly on is a diet, now im not really out of shape just have the little belly pouch... im working more for cuts and a little muscle... help me create a dietary plan, as of right now im eating less meals, and adding usually 1 protein shake a day, eating fruits like apples and oranges and kiwis, sometimes carrots and celery with some dip... now i dont eat on a set schedule is this hurting my diet... all help is much appreciated
