This would depend on the seriousness of your lose
skin.
Some persons get lose
skin due to rapid weight loss. When rapid weight loss occurs, the
skin is unable to retreat (retract) as fast as the weight loss.
Some can get lose
skin just due to losing some of the elasticity in the
skin (which can occur with older persons).
Or it can occur with some pregnant women (as can stretch marks).
Some that have carried alot of weight over a period of time (and tried to do it slowly), still end up with lose
skin (the
skin just didnt retract back).
Some lose
skin, IMO, (after weight loss, and dependent on severity) can be improved with replacing what is lost under the
skin with upper body muscle (
for example, attempting to build the muscles of the back, and when the muscle grows, the theory is that the
skin will pull back and tighten as the muscle improves in size), and improvement of "overall" fat loss/muscle gain. (one or the other, or both).
Whether your lose
skin can be improved (without surgery) largely depends on:
1. The severity
2. Your current "overall bodily composition" and muscle to fat ratio.
a. Whether you need more muscle improvement
b. and/or need to lose more body fat underneath the
skin
IMO, one should opt to use diet and fitness to combat lose
skin UNLESS it is so obvious that it cannot be done this way.
Are you comfortable with posting pics so we can try to give more accurate advice?
I assume your problem area is the lower Ab region. This isnt that uncommon in males.
Best wishes,
