| | | Need help with supplements and workout routine.. hi all, i need help on supplements (for supplements my friend gave me a bottle of amino acid tablets which i'm not sure how to take it. before or after workouts?) and workout routine plans. I workout before but i forgot almost all types of routines (bench press and barbell curls is all i remember). For fats, i don't think i need to loose any (there's nothing to loose except bones). I don't eat fatty foods, only eat fish, beef and chicken all week with potatoes or white rice. We'll i was thinking of going to the Gym on Tue, thu and sat., since its the only time i have off from work and since i heard it's not fit to train your muscles consecutively. If your wondering why im asking you guys for drills is because i don't trust their trainor (he's so skinny and smokes a lot and barely ever seen anyone got big that got trained by him). |

| | supplements: focus on eating right more than pills and powders. every protein has amino acids, so amino tablets are kind of unnecessary. A decent protein powder can come in handy IF you're having problems eating enough whole food.
a multivitamin is nice backup insurance, but if you're really eating right you should not have any deficiencies.
3 workouts a week, I'd go with a full body routine. Check the link in my signature, and look at the Total Body Training article I have listed.
edit: my link in the sig is broken.. (thanks Time-Warner) http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_a...78AC4F7F.hydra
