Protein Content of Pure Mince

hey im pretty sure i read some time ago that the protein content in pure beef mince is huge, like around 50% or something.

i posted a thread here a while ago and everyone said that lean meats are the best source of protein for gaining muscle.

i have two questions: 1) does pure beef mince have high protein content? 2) if so, why isnt mince recommended as the best source of protein? is there something wrong with it?

Yea thinks its a good source of protein and calories. Cant remember the exact nutritional info on it tho, ull prob be able to google it. I always eat it when havin pasta/spag bol, its prob not as good as chicken for protein but it wont be far off. Most meats are a good source of protein anyway.
