For a man, I'm very narrow in the area marked in blue: this means that towards the hips i become wider, instead of narrower. Is there some sort of exercise ( without a machine, so i won't always have to go to the gym) which will make my body wider in that specific area? |

| | Those are the Obliques. Yes, you can make them wider,
visit the following link: Waist Exercise Menu
And look up the Exercises under "Obliques"
I think the DB side bend is pretty good exercises for your oblique Dumbbell Side Bend |
