Question from the new guy on the block
Here's my question
For a man, I'm very narrow in the area marked in blue: this means that towards the hips i become wider, instead of narrower. Is there some sort of exercise ( without a machine, so i won't always have to go to the gym) which will make my body wider in that specific area?

Those are the Obliques. Yes, you can make them wider,
visit the following link: Waist Exercise Menu
And look up the Exercises under "Obliques"
I think the DB side bend is pretty good exercises for your oblique Dumbbell Side Bend
