Question Two Questions about Abs...

I was wondering, the "flab" on my stomach and my newly attained love handles are really beginning to bother me. I have started to do crunches and sit ups everyday. Is this the most effective way of losing this extra weight? (I also am doing HIIT running to lose general weight all over my body) Also, last year i developed a cyst on my tailbone. whenever i lay down to do crunches or sit ups, it aggrevates the cyst and im in pain all day. Is there any other way to work your midsection that doesnt involve laying down on the floor? thanks guys.

Crunches and situps will work out and build your abdominals, but no amount of them will make them show.

To do that, you have to drop all round body fat.

So very clean eating, and plenty of miles on the road are generally in order.

try hanging leg raise. and you dont want to be doing crunches and sit ups every night they need time to recover (grow). hit them hard with weighted crunches 2-3 times a week

You may wish to try a Ab Lounge.
You get the full sit-up workout without ever touching the ground. I've also heard it's more effective than conventional crunches since your stretching behond a flat surface.
