Whey

well i have been eating like a pig for the past three weeks and not getting any weight gain.. its killing me eating all this food and my bill for grocerys isnt very nice eaither eating all thsi chicken and rice.. but i decided i will try a whey product. but there is so many out there.. does anyone know which whey product would be best for putting on size? im at about 194 lbs. and looking to get to about 220-230 range and ive been looking at the whey products but i just dont know which one to get any suggestions would be nice.. (i dont really care about taste just results)

If you want to gain weight you should probably try a weight gainer instead of whey.

isnt whey the best product out there for building muscle mass? or should i just get a weight gainer instead ? i mean whats the differnce between whey and a weight gainer?

Whey is a high rated product yea, along with various other brands out there. Someone can correct me if im wrong but Whey is just protein isnt it? In which case isnt the best way for gaining weight, protein is for lean muscle. Your best finding a weight gain which will put on the pounds
