    bony shoulder top? how to get rid of?

    Hello
    Is there any possibilty to loose that bony view of shoulder, both shoulder bone top is noticably seen.
    altough I have been training for some time.
    sometimes I find my self embarrased to take my shirt off at summer.

    Does anyone know a solution? e.q some kind of exercises?
    I would appreciate any helpful answer.

    You can't alter your bone structure so you're gonna have to put on some traps and delts to beef up the area. Basically - eat more & lift more. Shrugs should be good for those traps as you're pretty light in that area right now

    Thank You two for Your answers.
    I am sure it has not been always like this, I might be wrong but I think it started looking like this at the age of 16 or around that, when I was a child perhaps I didnt pay any attention to it too. right now I am 22 years old.

    I take it it doesn't hurt or anything? And is the other shoulder just like it? It kind of looks like a dislocation in the joint between the clavicula and the acromion.. but that's probably not it if you've been going around like that for years, since that would hurt

    it doesn't hurt.. and the shoulders look the same..
    i have trained, trained and trained.. i used to go to gym allmost a year when i started to train rarely.
    but if training won't help, then what shall I do?
