bony shoulder top? how to get rid of?

    Hello
Is there any possibilty to loose that bony view of shoulder, both shoulder bone top is noticably seen.
altough I have been training for some time.
sometimes I find my self embarrased to take my shirt off at summer.

Does anyone know a solution? e.q some kind of exercises?
I would appreciate any helpful answer.

You can't alter your bone structure so you're gonna have to put on some traps and delts to beef up the area. Basically - eat more & lift more. Shrugs should be good for those traps as you're pretty light in that area right now

Thank You two for Your answers.
I am sure it has not been always like this, I might be wrong but I think it started looking like this at the age of 16 or around that, when I was a child perhaps I didnt pay any attention to it too. right now I am 22 years old.

I take it it doesn't hurt or anything? And is the other shoulder just like it? It kind of looks like a dislocation in the joint between the clavicula and the acromion.. but that's probably not it if you've been going around like that for years, since that would hurt
