5' 9 1/2" 179 lbs. Most I have ever weighed but been in great shape was 185, most I've ever weighed with a lot less muscle and a big post holiday gut was 175.
I'd love to crack the 200 lb mark in good weight, but I don't see it ever happening. Not gonna stop trying though.
