A little help on toning up...

Hey all- im new to this site. Just seeing what you guys think.

I'm a 17 year old guy...and from this past January to this past March i went from 215 pounds to 183 pounds. I have never felt so great about myself, but now that I've lost all the fat, I'm looking for other ways to improve.

The biggest one: toning up my stomach and chest.

I have an athletic build, and I am 6'0", but now I am just trying to tone what used to be flab into muscle/abs.

I am currently doing 30 minutes of cardio daily, as well as an ab-routine that I designed for myself. I also do dumbells and straight bars- just not on a daily basis.

I am just getting frustrated because I'm not seeing the results as quickly as I had hoped, but then again I'm just an impatient guy. Haha.

What should I be doing differently? Anyone have a killer routine that I could borrow? I've got the work ethic, it's just finding something that I can stick to that I have a hard time doing.

Would love any input anyone could give me....I'm open to anything. Just trying to stun my classmates when I go back to school in August. Thanks alot.

-Clay
