| | Probably just another one of those things where you don't develop the correct eating habits and earn the six pack the right way. This probably causes most to take it for granted because of the ease of obtaining it and shortly thereafter the six pack if covered in fat again |

Ripped abs and scrawny arms don't look good. So basically what im saying is that if take 1 problem away, then you're left with tons more..why??
A lot of guys abuse their legs too..it'll be another like that |
