First of all, GREAT JOB on the weight loss! I know that took a lot of discipline and hard work!
I also own and like the Tony Little Tae Bo dvd and it is quite a hard workout and fun. I haven't done it in a while, but I need to pull it out for some variety - especially on days where I need to let off some steam!
I just posted this in the yoga section (don't know why) but I HIGHLY recommend "Classical Pilates Technique: Complete Mat Workout Series". I started off on Winsor as well and never really found it difficult (had very nice results however), but it quickly became boring because it moves so SLOW. I hate how she explains the moves EVERY TIME. I felt like I was just lying there half the time.
The Classical Pilates moves immediately from one exercise to the next, and has 5 levels of difficulty - up through super advanced! On the Dvd, you can just scroll down to the level of fitness you are at and do that workout. Since it moves so quickly, you get more done in less time.
They also have a "magic ring" video which is supposed to be much harder than a regular mat, but I haven't tried it. Anyway, their website is
www.classicalpilates.net, but I bought my dvd on amazon.
If you'd like to branch into yoga, I recommend Rodney Yee's Power Yoga. It's tough and you'll sweat, but also relax at the same time (that's why I LOVE yoga - its got everything!). Keep us updated!
