chest area isolation?

i posted a thread in another forum, and all i got was feedback, thanks but it wasnt exactly what i was looking for, can anyone tell me what exercises are best to work this particular area?



please let me know! i would love to get that cut as much as possible and in the right shape/form

You can't. It's as simple as that. You can, perhaps, differ the activation a bit between upper, lower and midle portion of the pecs with different exercises based on the anatomy of the muscle. But you can't target specific portions at will.

Butterflys and wide push-out burpees seem to get me sore as **** in that area, and am guessing that it's working the **** out of that area since the rest of my chest isn't nearly as sore if at all.
