Completley new to anything work-out related.

Hey everyone,

So I've never done any type of work out routines...ever. I know, I know it's sad, but I'm looking to change that! I would have just dove into it, but after hearing all this stuff about routines that work for you and such, I'm not really sure I have any idea what I'm doing.

I came here to hopefully get a little direction. My predicament is I don't know what types of exercises there are, I don't know the names, I don't know proper muscle groupings. Imagine me as a 4 year old who just asked his daddy what muscles were

No, in all seriousness, I am looking to put together a work out schedule to build some weight/definition. I guess my questions are; What muscle groups should I pair? What exercises should I do? How many reps? Specifics below:

Age: 19
Gender: M
Height: 6 ft 3in
Weight: 147 lbs

I've been told I have a "V" shaped body, just ridiculously skinny for my height. I have an insanely fast metabolism as well. I want to mainly focus on my pecks (or lack-there-of), as that is the muscles that need the most help.

I have access to a TreadMill, an Elliptical, Free Weights, a Smith Machine, and something else. I'll attach pictures.

So, any thoughts? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
