Hello, My name is Adolfo and i'm from Portugal.
I never really done much exercise in my life so three weeks ago i decided to change that and i got really surprised with the results.
I started to run for the first week ( i was lucky because i had people close to me who are professionals in running) and i couldn't really run for more than 10 minutes, however i started to increase the the time everyday i ran. By the end of the second week i was running for an hour at 70-80% BPM, i am now told to do less time but with more intensity.
I'm doing 100 push-ups a day, working on the negatives of pull-ups and chin-ups since i can't do as many as needed to do a proper workout, i'm also doing planks, side planks, sit ups, crunches and hanging knee raises for my core muscles oh and i also get hum... how to say this in english, against a wall on my two hands to press my shoulders? I also do one leg squats and lunges.
Well overall i want to build great strength and i think Im on the right track.
I'm really enjoying myself, i workout every day now, giving a day or two to rest my muscles.
Oh and i did some weight lifting for about two months everyday, but i gained a lot of mass in little time, i weighted 69 kg and two months later i was on 81 Kg, everyone told me it was not normal so i stoped and turned into a more cardiovascular and strength workout.
My stats are
Age:18
Height:1.78 M
Weight: 76 Kg ( i lost some fat from running)
Post your thoughts, tell me if i'm doing something wrong. I could use some advice as well.
Sorry for the long post.
Cheers,
Adolfo
