I'm a total noob.

I know and I have any hate i got coming to me.

I have no equipment, no money for equipment, and no access to a gym.

All I'm trying to do is kind of get back in shape and lose some of the unwanted weight I've accumulated in the gut.

I'd appreciate any kind of help you guys could give on what you recommend I can do.

You do not need a gym or weight to be in great shape. Try doing this every other day for 2 weeks:

50 standing squats (no weight)
50 situps (full range, not crunches)
50 pushups (if you can't go as many as you can and then finish off doing girl pushups with knee on the floor)

Do that once in the morning and once in the evening. Then, if you want to do cardio just plain and simply lace up that tennis / running shoe. Go for a jog around the lake / park or hike a mountain or just run around the block.

There are tons of excercises that you can do with using any weight at all except for you body weight. Use a chair and do dips, or a stool to do decline pushups, or hand-stand with feet on the wall and press up and down.

Toby, just imagine there was a huge guy standing over you saying gimme twenty and you would do :-

-o- 20 pushups
-o- 20 crunches etc

You can also do some jogging outside (that's easily said when I haven't done it myself).

Bodyweight Squats
Push Ups
Pull Ups or Chin Ups
Back Hyperextensions
Crunches

Do 3 sets of each exercise. As many reps as possible, 3 times per week. Mon, Wed, Fri.
