No pain after workout?

Last night I worked on my arms and pecs, I did three sets of six pushups and the ladder method for my pullups, which went like so:
1, then 2, rest ten seconds, 3, rest, 4, rest, 5, rest.
1, then 2, rest ten seconds, 3, rest, 4, rest.
1, then 2, rest ten seconds, 3, rest.
1, then 2, rest.
1.

So all in all, 35 pullups.

This got very intense, I was in extreme pain afterwards and my arms were shaking a little, but today I wake up and there's no pain! Is something wrong?

Well if you had pain yesterday, and none today then I would say there is nothing worng.
Though there is a difference between pain and soreness.
You may have just gotten really sore afterwards due to the intensity of the workout.

Well sometimes you can do an intense workout and not be sore the next day. It really just depends. I'd raher not be in extreme soreness the next morning. Especially with work or school.

I agree with Tom. Sometimes I get crazy sore, others I don't. I think it has a lot to do with your nutrition. I find that the sooner I get quick digesting carbs/protein (dextrose/whey) into my system while or after lifting, the less sore I tend to be. Not always, but I think it helps. So how is your nutrition? Maybe you are eating well and that is helping with recovery.

What is your diet like? Also, just out of curiousity, what kind of routine do you do?

Ive been eating extremely well. Lots of protein. No processed foods.

My "routine" (if you can call it that) only works my arms and pecs, which I plan on changing. Just assorted pullup and pushups

How long have you been doing that? Your body prolly isn't responding that well to such a limited arrangement.

Do a workout of squats, overhead presses, and bent over rows, and I bet you will be sore as balls the next day.

Ive been doing it for about a month or more. Think that's why it doesn't hurt?

Well, you just have no variety. What can you expect out of doing just pullups and pushups for a month plus?

What about deadlifts, squats, lunges, rows, dips, presses, etc? Learn em, do em.
