For now im consentratin on loosin weight. sorry guys for this post.
I do bike trials which makes me swet so much and im having bigger breakfasts and eatin less through the day.

Skip the protein shake and drink some chocolate milk. It has the protein and carbs necessary to replenish needed nutrients, and it's a lot less expensive.

Instead of making a new thread I thought ide ask here.

Is semi-skimmed milk better for muscle growth than full fat (blue lid)

As long as the protein content is the same, it shouldn't matter. Skim vs. whole is really a completely different argument about fat content and calorie intake.
