Lay Down Leg Extension Crunches with Exercise Ball
Lying down face up on a mat, have your knees bent, and your feet flat on the floor. Your arms should be straight up holding the ball between both hands. Inhale and lift your left leg up at the same time as you lift the ball, keeping your leg and arms straight. When the ball reaches your shin, hold for 2 seconds and release.
