Side Stretch with Exercise Ball
Sitting straight on the exercise ball, your feet should be flat on the floor, and your fingers resting on your shoulders. Inhale and twist your torso to the left, keeping your lower body stabilized. Hold for two seconds, exhale, and return to center. Repeat the same motion with your right side for one complete rep.
