I used to be that kind of nerd that never played any sports, only read and played videogames. When I was 13, I was REALLY obese. A couple of years ago, I've decided to change my lifestyle and started eating healthier. 3 months ago, I started working out regularly (around 5 or 6 times a week), and I've already noticed some differences on my body.<br />
<br />
These are my current status:<br />
<br />
Age: 21<br />
Height 1,83m (around 6 feet)<br />
Weight: 84,4kg (186lbs)<br />
Fat weight: 16,8kg (37lbs)<br />
Body Fat: 19,9% (when I started, it was around 23%)<br />
<br />
I'm also posting some pics (they are in a very bad quality because i was trying to take them all by myself with my cellphone). How would you guys classify me? Average, chubby, fat...? Where do you think I should work the most? Any hints are welcome!<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

In August '12, I started working out in earnest.  I'm 5'11&quot; and my starting weight was 190 lbs.  Probably somewhere between 25-30% body fat, I'd guess.  I began with elliptical trainers since I have foot pain (my excuse for so very many years), and would go for an hour a day 4-5 days/week.  Without changing my diet, I lost 40 lbs, currently standing at 150 lbs.  Having reached a plateau recently, I've replaced some of the cardio with bodyweight exercises like burpees.  I've also started tracking my diet and eating better, and I'm noticing results on a weekly basis.  Thanks for giving me this opportunity to gloat.  :D<br />
