No matter how much cardio you do, breast tissue will not burn off. Or you can go to a doctor and get an examination.

There isn't a difference, they're basically fat deposits. The balance of your body's hormones determines the placement of the fat. If you legitimately have gyno (think Bob from Fight Club, I don't want to use the crude vernacular), then you should probably see a doctor. You may be prescribed hormone therapy.

But if you're just a blubbery whale like I am, you just gotta slug your way through the weight room and the cardio of your choice, and eat a balanced diet to get the fat off. I've lost 6 pounds of pure fat so far from hard exercise and clean eating.

I read an interesting article (conspiracy theory) once.

It said that instances of man-boobs have been on the a sharp increase in the last thirty years. It went on to say that birth-control pills have been have been on a parallel increase. Since only about 20% of the estrogen is absorbed in the pills the rest is released and flushed. Waste water goes back in to the water cycle after it is treated for chemicals, but not hormones. So everone is getting way more estrogen out of simple water. Young girls develope sooner, men get boobs and so on.

Just some food for thought.

Plus, one more fact, i learnt this in bio class, the lining on the inside of most canned products contains estrogen. They think this is causing man boobs and also and increased rate of male infertility. Its best to eat fresh stuff anyway...

There is also estrogen in plastic products, so dont microwave food in plastic.
