| | | CANT BREATHE. LAUGHING TOO HARD.
I watched Star Trek TNG the other day and Dr. Crusher gave Captain Picard a warm glass of milking saying something about how temperatures make reaction with amino acids creating a natural sedative. it may be true |

| | | seriously, especially if theres something big in the next day or so i can't fall asleep. Any suggestions? The best way i've found is to just close the lights, my eyes, and think bout things in my head. NOT SAD THINGS thats what keeps me awake. But think of good things like girls or something. I'm a very naughty boy and i don't think about girls..

| | | Yeah... Masturbation puts me out too.
Each person needs a differrent amount of sleep. You need to figure that one out on your own. But, you normally don't need as much as you think.

| | | Turkey does have the makings of a natural sedative in it, an amino acid called tryptophan. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, meaning that the body cannot manufacture it. The body has to get tryptophan and other essential amino acids from food. Tryptophan helps the body produce the B-vitamin niacin, which, in turn, helps the body produce serotonin, a remarkable chemical that acts as a calming agent in the brain and plays a role in sleep. So you might think that if you eat a lot of turkey, your body would produce more serotonin and you would feel calm and want a nap. |

| | | The best way to get your sleep is to have a strict sleeping pattern. For myself, (as people differ) If i go to bed every night at 10pm for Mon to Fri.....But then i have a late night out at the weekend it totally messes my sleep up. I end up sleeping in real late on sunday for example, then can't get to sleep that night. Come Monday morning im shattered and if i have gym.....its a wasted session. |
