Thread: ab lounge

Yes, I have had it before, and it works very well. I baught it because it was cheap, thinking it would work, but it worked great. Much more comfortable than sit-ups, and works some more muscles than usual along with it.

I was wanting to know too as I just bought the Ab Lounge XL off of Ebay and getting it this Saturday. Situps and crunches bother the back of my neck no matter which way I try them. Thanks for any more info!

After waiting for so long to actually get this ab lounge, and putting it together, that took forever, and it didnt even come with the tools,

I tried it out, and i dont feel the burn at all, it sort of just hurts my back.

I read the owners papers that came with it and tried to do it how they described in the booklet, but i still dont feel it.

Does the video help? I would have tried it if it came with it.

I guess i choosed the wrong box with everything missing. lol.

Anyway, any help to 'feel the burn'?
