I saw this on an infomercial last night and have read a lot of favorable reviews on it. It is fairly expensive though so I would like to know if anyone has tried it and what their thoughts are.

total gimmick ... replace this with any of the "ab roller" products of the last decade. the best exercises for the abs are still the ones we've been doing for centuries.

Personally, I think that the Ab Lounge (can't say anything about the "rocket trainer) is pretty much just a fun toy, but definitely not worth the price when there are hundreds of ab exercises that you can do for free. If someone handed me a free ab lounge, I'd take it and use it, but even then it wouldn't be the only one I'd use.
