Red face Home Equipment?

Hey all, recently i am contemplating buying something small like a stepper for me to excercise at home.... (i have a cat that wonders around alot, so hoping to get something less hazardous to him)

so i was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on the type (it may not have to be a stepper, just something that can help me do some cardio), brand, or advice in general.

I want something that i can get a good 30 - 60 mins workout on it every day...

just checking, when using a stepper, i'll have to wear sports shoe right to protect my ankle?

P.S. when is the best time to exercise?

A few month ago I purchased The Strength Builder for upper body workouts, as I am an avid golfer and figured upper body strength could help with my accuracy and distance. This piece is perfect for home gym. Doesn't take up much space and really works the upper body. I thought it would help my golf score...in fact it's made me stronger and toner than I could ever imagine. They have some pretty good expert opinions and testimonials as well.
Worth taking a look - I highly recommend it: THE STRENGTH BUILDERâ„¢
