I have a Precor 5.21i and the right arm knocks/clunks at the bottom of the stride. Sometimes the noise disappears after riding it for about 5-10 minutes, but it can be annoying when it doesn't stop. Does anyone know how to prevent/correct this problem?

I have a Precor 5.17 with a clank at the bottom of the left stride. I have struggled to find the source, but no luck. Mine is a different model than yours (epv02), but I will watch this post hoping for a solution in case it might apply to the 5.17, too. This clank is making me suicidal, but (so far) I still put in my 45 minutes 4-5 days each week.
