Has anyone here tried that TRX system? If you have I would like to know what you attach them too? Can they be used in your home?

I have it and like it a lot. Just make sure you have enough space in front of you as well as on the sides of you. As for using it at home, if you're going to attach it to the wall I'd recommend getting a heavy-duty O-ring from the local hardware store instead of buying their x-mount for far more money. I have the door anchor but haven't used it so I can't comment on that.

I have the TRX and love it

The TRX is one of my favorite pieces of equipment to use and work with for my clients. I remember the first day I used it, my triceps were sore for a few days after!

Bottom line is that it works multiple muscles at once and is great for your core as well. You are forced to use a lot of stabilizing muscles just to balance yourself while performing your exercise.

For the money it can be a large part of a home gym. And the good news is that you can take it with you on the go.

You either have to wrap the strap around something a few times and hook it to itself, or use something to clip it into, like the mount that the company sells. Or you can go out and purchase some kind of mount on your own as well.

I am very picky with the products I endorse and I do endorse this product, it is amazing.
