I have just bought a Weider Bodyworks Pro and am looking for some exercises that I can do.

It should have a wall chart but this has been lost.

Any ideas where I can find some exercises?

I won my Weider Bodyworks (not Pro, the older version) and I haven't use it because of my scarce knowledge for fitness (except running )

Please, help us! I've already checked the user manual at weiderfitness.com but it's about the assembling.

Come on guys, it hasn't to be exactly the Bodyworks manual. Another exercise guide/chart for a similar bench could help. Thx!

What's with this forum? No replies, comments or anything for days... If someone posts something asking for help in a specialized forum, I don't get why OM19 and I can't get an answer.

I have just been given one of these machines but it does not have an instruction manual. I can work out the basics but there must be more to it.

these work the same as the total gym Norris endorses I think.
just think of it as cables...

so
chest press
row
military press
pull overs
squats
real leg pulls

then secondaries
biceps
tricpes
abs
calves

ect ect ect

Is there a website where I can download any picture / instructions etc. It would be nice to have them printed out and put on the wall

can any one help i have been given a body works pro gym but there is no wall chart to show what exercises can be do on this machine does any one have a copy of this exercise chart that could show me what to do as it is just sitting in the garage getting dusty
