Baked oatmeal

I was curious to see what will turn out if I tried to bake the oatmeal. I made cookie shaped pieces and added only a little bit of olive oil just to prevent it from sticking. I baked it in the oven at about 200 for 15-20 mins, and it turned out pretty good, like a cookie, it was pretty crunchy and tasted better than in it's normal oatmeal shape .
I'm looking for ideas of how to perfect this recipe. Should I use flour or something like that, can anyone tell me a good HEALTHY recipe.. it's gotta be healthy

You definitly need some sort of fat source, whether it be olive oil or butter, to keep the oatmeal stuck together, you DONT have to grease the tray with fat, you can use non-stick baking sheets, to cut out that extra fat you use. I suggest adding some raisins, or other dried fruit. The fewer ingredients, the better.
