Breakfast on the run!

Hi all,

I am planning to work two jobs and try and keep going to the gym! I am looking for a healthy breakfast of between 300-350 kcals that I can eat/drink while driving from the gym to job no. 1. Something that I can prepare the night before.

I really love oatmeal and find it gives me great energy, so an oatmeal based breakfast would be good. I am guessing a shake based breakfast would be most convenient. I have a whey protein shake as soon as I finish my workout, so I don't know if I should just combine the two or have them separately. If the shake includes the whey protein, calorie count would be between 480-520. Any suggestion would be appreciated

Here are some ideas:

Yogurt with granola and/or fruit...

Whole wheat tortilla filled with one tablespoon natural peanut butter and banana (or berries, etc.)...

Oats, mix in one scoop vanilla whey protein and one tablespoon fruit preserves (in a tupperware dish you can transport)...this could be tough if you don't have access to a microwave...maybe try it cold?

Homemade trail mix...

A banana and some berries to go with your protein shake.

I buy the big jug of yogurt and the night before I take a buncha scoops and put it into tupperware with dried fruits and golean crunch (the protein one).
