Just trying to figure out something nice to make using boneless skinless chicken, ginger and maybe soy sauce (Maybe a stir fry?). I forgot to get garlic cloves from the store, so the stuff I was planning on making well, guess I'm SOL for now. Oh and also, is it best to put the oil and ginger and other ingredients in FIRST and let them cook to carmelize and then put in the chicken, or put it all in first?
like ginger root? peel it and grate it with a vine grater (like for hard cheeses).
oil, toss in the ginger for just about 10 seconds, then your meat. soy sauce works with ginger. if you have lemon juice, that can add some kick. otherwise ginger and soy sauce and some pepper will be plenty of flavor.

I will try it at home as soon as possible and hope it'll be very testy.
