i know one but it didnt work for me ( i used too much milk) so ill tell you a different version that ive been told works..
supplies:
a large bowl for mixing
glass or regular pan
a wisk or something used for mixing
ingredients:
skim milk
no fat no sugar pudding (comes in a box)
oats
whey powder
directions:
add 3 cups oats, 8 scoops of whey, 1 cup of skim milk, and the package of pudding into the bowl and mix until its reached a batter like consistency. After that empty into your pan or glass dish and spread evenly. Put in the fridge overnight..and you got it

Divide into 8 equal bars and enjoy.
